There are no obligations to enter any Giveaway sponsored and hosted at theMomiverse.com. No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your odds of winning. Odds of winning depend upon the number of participants. The Momiverse Media Group, LLC may substitute prizes, amend the rules or discontinue the Giveaway at any time.

By entering the Giveaway, you agree to the Terms and Conditions set forth on this page. All entries received after the Giveaway closing date and time will not be considered. Entries that do not follow all of the entry requirements will not be considered. One winner will be randomly selected through http://random.org and notified by email and/or Twitter. Your email address will only be used to contact you in the event that you are the winner of the contest.

Multiple entries are allowed and will increase your chances of winning. The odds of winning a Giveaway depend on the number of entries. Employees and independent contractors of the Momiverse Media Group, LLC and the Giveaway Sponsor(s) are not eligible to participate.

Prizes are only available to residents of the United States. If the winner does not reply within 48 hours of the date and time of email or Twitter notification sent by Momiverse Media Group, LLC, another winner will be selected. All decisions of the Momiverse Media Group, LLC are final.  Void where prohibited. Taxes on Giveaways are solely the responsibility of the winner.

By participating, where allowed by law, all participants and winner(s) grant the Momiverse Media Group, LLC  and Sponsor(s) exclusive permission to use their names, characters, photographs, voices, and likenesses in connection with promotion of this and other contests and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use. By participating in the Contest, where allowed by law, participants agree that the Momiverse Media Group, LLC may disclose personal information obtained from participants to Giveaway Sponsor(s) and use such information for marketing and other purposes.

The Momiverse Media Group, LLC and Sponsor(s) will not be responsible for late or misdirected entries, inaccurate entry information, human error, technical malfunctions, transmission problems, failures, omission, interruption, deletion, transfer of data, delay of data, or inability to access the Giveaway link. The Momiverse Media Group, LLC reserves the right to terminate the Giveaway in the event of technical problems, or to correct typographical or technical errors, or to amend these rules. All participants should review all disclosure and privacy policies at theMomiverse.com.

The Momiverse Media Group, LLC will provide the name of the winner for any Giveaway, upon request, for 90 days after that Giveaway’s entry period ends. Unless otherwise provided by the Sponsor(s), no substitution, transfer, or assignment of prizes is permitted. Non-winning entries from one Giveaway are not carried forward to future Giveaways.

The prize(s) that may be awarded to the eligible winner(s) are not transferable, not redeemable for cash nor exchangeable for any other prize. Certain prizes may be date specific (i.e. coupons or discounts) and the winner(s) must make use of the prize(s) within the dates specified. If a winner fails to pick up a dated prize in time to redeem the benefit, the winner forfeits the prize and no other prize will be awarded in its place.

By participating in the Giveaway, each participant and winner waives any and all claims of liability against the Momiverse Media Group, LLC, its employees and agents, the Giveaway’s Sponsor(s) and their respective employees and agents, for any personal injury or loss which may occur from the conduct of, or participation in, the Giveaway, or from the use of any prize.

The Momiverse Media Group, LLC may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time, effective upon posting the revised Terms and Conditions on this web site. Your continued use after posting of the revisions shall constitute your acceptance of the changes and continued acceptance to the Terms and Conditions, as revised. It is the sole responsibility of the of the Giveaway participant to review these Terms and Conditions and other legal policies on this website.
